4. Health & biometric data
GWIXY processes health-related and biometric information to power core product features. We treat this data with heightened care.
Face scan imagery and derived biometric signals are used solely to generate health insights within the app. We do not sell your health or biometric data. Where processing occurs on your device, data may never leave your phone unless you explicitly enable cloud sync or backup features.
GWIXY is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. Health data in the app is for informational and wellness purposes only.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain data longer where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some information may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form that cannot reasonably identify you.
